What you will do

  • Create and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs via an LMS.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate training effectiveness and influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Simplify complex software testing and QA concepts for use in client conversations.
  • Analyze training metrics to measure seller readiness and ramp times.
  • Train the sales team on CRM and other software tools to integrate them into daily routines.
  • Gather feedback from frontline sellers to update resources and patch knowledge gaps.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales enablement experience within the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design for adult learners.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to understand and explain software development and QA testing lifecycles.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring the impact of enablement programs.
  • Must be based in the United States
