What you will do
- Create and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs via an LMS.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate training effectiveness and influence go-to-market strategies.
- Simplify complex software testing and QA concepts for use in client conversations.
- Analyze training metrics to measure seller readiness and ramp times.
- Train the sales team on CRM and other software tools to integrate them into daily routines.
- Gather feedback from frontline sellers to update resources and patch knowledge gaps.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales enablement experience within the tech/SaaS industry.
- Proven expertise in instructional design for adult learners.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to understand and explain software development and QA testing lifecycles.
- Data-driven approach to measuring the impact of enablement programs.
- Must be based in the United States
