TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Managing a full-cycle sales process for mid-market and enterprise accounts with an accent on consultative, multi-stakeholder deal navigation. Focus on leveraging AI-native infrastructure to drive outbound pipeline, execute high-level discovery, and close ARR targets within a high-accountability environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $200,000–$230,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own a full-cycle book of mid-market accounts from first call to close.
  • Manage pipeline precision, multi-threading deals to identify economic buyers and build coalitions.
  • Generate self-sourced pipeline through research, targeting, and persistent outbound efforts.
  • Utilize AI tools for account research, deal room preparation, and call intelligence.
  • Provide leadership within the team by sharing successful plays, content, and feedback during deal reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Several years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing deals in the $15K–$100K ARR range.
  • Proven experience in high-activity outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Demonstrated fluency in using AI tools to enhance sales workflows and productivity.
  • Strong discovery fundamentals with a focus on surfacing pain points rather than rushing to demos.
  • Startup experience with an adaptable and resourceful operating style.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into HR, People, or Culture teams.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Aligned.
  • Track record of building sales content such as sequences, talk tracks, or competitive plays.
