Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Background Checks (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, USA (Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone)

Salary: $25 - $38 per hour

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end background check processes via Sterling/First Advantage platforms.
• Collaborate with the Global Security team to evaluate and process adverse findings.
• Monitor background check metrics to ensure alignment with hiring timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to start date.
• Advise candidates, employees, and managers on talent processes and procedures.
• Use AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in background check management and TA transactions.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday (job requisitions and onboarding modules).
• Experience with Sterling or First Advantage platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow case management.
