What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including data entry, load planning, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate load building and scheduling for Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload, and Intermodal transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues such as order delays, missed pickups, or damaged freight.
• Manage carrier and customer relationships in collaboration with Account Management and Freight Audit & Pay teams.
• Communicate proactive updates to customers and internal teams via phone and email.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Querétaro, Mexico.
• 1-2 years of business experience in a bi-lingual environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service background and ability to build rapport with customers.

• Previous experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
