What you will do

• Lead price negotiations and establish commercial terms with suppliers to drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers through regular business reviews and contract lifecycle management.
• Develop sourcing strategies and lead localization initiatives to reduce cost, lead time, and supply chain risk.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate supplier proposals for current and future commodity categories.
• Monitor and track EMS supplier commitments and milestones, escalating delays or risks to the EMS Manager.
• Prepare operational and compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation for supplier activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or supplier operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico to accommodate hybrid in-office expectations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in packaging commodity sourcing.
• Familiarity with AI-related productivity tools.
