Sourcing/Commodity Mgr (Packaging)

Location: Mexico; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations

What you will do

• Lead packaging commodity initiatives and support expansion into additional commodity categories.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and commercial terms while driving cost reductions and market benchmarking.
• Build supplier relationships, manage contracts, and coordinate requirements and escalations with internal stakeholders.
• Lead localization initiatives, qualify regional suppliers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage RFQ/RFP processes.
• Track EMS supplier commitments, including tooling transfers and agreed deliverables, and escalate delays or risks.
• Maintain supplier documentation and prepare operational and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or supplier operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Hybrid work with some in-office and/or in-person expectations in Mexico.

• Experience in packaging commodity sourcing.
• Familiarity with AI-related productivity tools.
