Operations Specialist (Procurement)

What you will do

• Clean, structure, and validate supplier, product, and quantity data using Excel to ensure error-free sourcing events.
• Conduct professional outbound phone calls and emails to US-based suppliers to maintain platform engagement.
• Own client accounts end-to-end, managing the back-end execution core and communications independently.
• Build structured, replicable Excel models for data validation and normalization.
• Collaborate with the deployment team to support onboarding for new enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Located in LATAM and able to work within one hour of US Eastern Time.
• English: C1+ (CEFR) proficiency required for direct phone communication with US-based suppliers.
• 1–2+ years of professional Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF formulas).
• Demonstrated experience cleaning and normalizing datasets using formula-based methods.
• Experience conducting professional outbound calls to US-based business contacts.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years in management consulting or at a boutique advisory firm.
• Tactical procurement or supply chain experience.
• Python for data manipulation or automation.
• Prior exposure to e-procurement or sourcing platforms.
