What you will do

• Own group-level execution, planning, tracking, and operational governance.
• Manage group budgets, track cloud costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility into execution and efficiency.
• Implement AI tools and agents to automate workflows and identify risks.
• Synchronize teams across sites to support releases and major initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Engineering Manager in a global high-tech environment.
• Strong technical understanding to work effectively with engineering leaders and architects.
• Proven experience in budget planning, cost control, and FinOps processes.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and data-driven operational reporting.
• Fluent in English.
