What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and QA to align objectives and delivery plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies across multiple product lines.
• Monitor team velocity and delivery health, adapting plans as business priorities evolve.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage automation or AI to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, USA for hybrid work.
• Proven experience managing complex technical programs or product initiatives from concept to release.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience identifying and managing delivery risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies and problem spaces.
