What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams and technology investments to modernize data ecosystems and digital patient experiences.
• Orchestrate complex project roadmaps, manage budgets, and allocate resources across multiple initiatives.
• Drive strategy, execution, and governance for data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Act as a business analyst to gather requirements and articulate project needs to stakeholders.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise digital health goals.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members within the project management office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership or IT experience in a project or program management role.
• Experience managing multiple medium to large-scale IT projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of software development, testing, deployment, and integration lifecycles.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and act as a self-starter in a complex environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification.
• Agile/Scrum certification.
• 8+ years of IT project/program management experience in a healthcare setting.
• 7+ years of program or portfolio-level delivery experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.
