What you will do

• Profile, analyze, and remediate data quality issues across master data domains via root cause analysis and cleansing.
• Define and monitor data quality rules and controls to improve overall data integrity and governance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and coding assistants to generate SQL and explore enterprise data.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to investigate issues and drive remediation initiatives.
• Build and maintain data quality dashboards and scorecards in Power BI, Databricks, and Excel.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data quality, data profiling, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and profiling, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated daily use of modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) as an analytical method.
• Familiarity with healthcare data (clinical workflows, revenue cycle) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• US work authorization required (E-verify participant)
