What you will do

• Analyze large volumes of insurance claims and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Airtable, and other BI platforms to provide actionable insights.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation platforms to streamline manual workflows and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and produce regular business performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team and Insurance Manager to support digital transformation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.
• Experience using SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI or Airtable.
• Ability to work remotely and align with the AEDT timezone (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
