What you will do

• Manage data cutover preparations and monitor activities during VistA migration.
• Produce status reports for pre and post cutover phases.
• Develop and maintain summary data dashboards and workflow automation tools.
• Translate complex technical issues into concise narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Track, forecast, and report on project metrics and challenges.
• Formulate responses for weekly executive reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerApps.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA OIT or EHRM initiatives.
• Knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation.
• Experience with SharePoint and PowerApps administration.
• Background in large-scale healthcare modernization projects.
