Compensation: $19.25 per hour (OTE $64,560 – $80,000)

What you will do

• Conduct outbound outreach to existing customers using cutting-edge dialer software to introduce new products and services.
• Act as a consultant to dive deep into accounts, build lasting relationships, and understand specific online business needs.
• Educate customers on how Website Design and SEO services can elevate their operations and achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to deliver solutions matching unique customer challenges.
• Collaborate with team leaders and coaches via remote stand-ups and coaching sessions to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• Proven motivation to consistently exceed sales goals and targets.
• Exceptional persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Genuine passion for supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
• Eagerness to acquire technical expertise in SEO and Website Design.
