TL;DR

Location: Remote within Canada (access to Montreal office available)
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base (OTE $115k – $138k)

What you will do
- Drive ARR growth by leading renewals and identifying expansion opportunities such as seat upgrades and cross-selling.
- Proactively guide accounts from onboarding to expansion using product usage data and engagement signals to mitigate risk.
- Conduct strategic discovery conversations with IT teams to align ShareGate solutions with real-world business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Product, and RevOps teams to remove blockers to customer value.
- Optimize outreach performance using AI tools (Claude, Gong, Outreach) and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Position Pro and Enterprise offerings to unlock value across the high-tier customer segment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 2+ years of account management or sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, value-based customer experiences.
- Genuine curiosity for IT challenges and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (governance, automation, adoption).
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, tech sales, or inbound-led sales.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, or Gong.
- Proficiency in French.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) as a daily work accelerator.
