What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Life Sciences sector.
- Drive consultative engagements for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva implementations.
- Develop comprehensive account plans and lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions.
- Manage quotas, forecasting, and pipeline development to consistently meet sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the professional network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development and sales within IT outsourcing companies.
- Deep knowledge of the US market and established relationships with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
- Experience with Salesforce (Health/Life Sciences Cloud) or Veeva platforms.
- Understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes and compliance workflows.
- Location: Must be based in the US.
