TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Sourcing high-quality opportunities and conducting discovery conversations with executives in large retail enterprises with an accent on proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid: minimum 3 days in office)

Salary: $53,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Source highly-qualified opportunities for Account Executives via proactive outreach and strategic prospecting plans.
  • Research large retail enterprises to identify key players and uncover specific business problems.
  • Deliver compelling written and verbal messages to generate interest among prospects.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with Finance, eCommerce, and Payments executives.
  • Articulate how hirify.global's solutions can solve specific customer needs and requirements.
  • Identify decision-makers and analyze organization structures within targeted accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-12 months of previous business experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise positioning.
  • Solid technical aptitude and genuine interest in tech and eCommerce solutions.
  • Ability to navigate sales tools and strictly follow defined processes.
  • Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Common Room, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience utilizing AI to automate outbound prospecting processes.
