What you will do
- Proactively reach out to new prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Identify and target high-potential companies and decision-makers.
- Engage prospects to understand their pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Coordinate and book meetings for regional sales representatives.
- Maintain a robust flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to manage and track leads and sales activities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and self-starting mindset.
