What you will do

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system designs.
• Collaborate with Software Product Owners, UX designers, and development teams to define system changes.
• Break down development initiatives into small, actionable increments for delivery teams.
• Provide technical support and leadership during incidents or service interruptions.
• Produce user documentation, including release notes and guides.
• Ensure alignment between development initiatives and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or managing complex systems.
• Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX design teams and understanding ergonomic web application principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
