Application Consultant (ERP)

Application Consultant (ERP): Implementing and optimizing enterprise resource management solutions for local government and utility clients with an accent on business process reviews and gap analysis. Location: Remote (Canada or US). Travel is required (approximately 25%).

Salary: 60K – 85K CAD

What you will do

• Lead clients through IT transformation and implementation processes to ensure successful product utilization.
• Conduct business analysis, including gap analysis, root cause analysis, and requirements elicitation.
• Configure applications based on client business needs and industry best practices.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management processes to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop user and handover documentation to support quality customer care.
• Collaborate with R&D and Project Managers to align product development with market trends and client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis working with ERP software, specifically in accounting and work management.
• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• Must hold a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally (Canada, US, and Caribbean).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and strong customer service skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a combination of IT and Finance/Payroll.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
