Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: CAD 115,000–140,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute a North America compensation strategy tailored to TIC industry needs, including field technicians, auditors, inspectors, laboratory professionals, and commercial teams.
- Align regional compensation programs with global frameworks while addressing country-specific market practices and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee design and governance of salary structures, variable pay, job architecture, and incentive plans supporting operational efficiency and commercial performance.
- Lead annual compensation planning (merit, bonus, market adjustments) and run market benchmarking and compensation analytics for technical and niche roles.
- Ensure fair, competitive, and compliant compensation practices for field roles involving shift work, travel, hazard exposure, and specialized certifications.
- Build and mentor a regional Compensation team; partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and business leaders; manage compensation budgets and financial modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in TIC, industrial services, engineering, or technical services.
- Experience supporting multi-country environments in North America.
- Strong understanding of compensation for technical and field-based roles (premium pay, certifications, safety incentives, workforce scheduling).
- Proven ability to lead complex compensation cycles and harmonization across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
