What you will do

• Adjust complex or high-exposure construction defect claims for assigned programs.
• Research applicable coverage, document limits, and resolve potential coverage questions.
• Investigate loss facts by securing statements, contracts, cost of repair estimates, and expert reports.
• Assign and monitor defense counsel, independent adjusters, and experts for lawsuits.
• Evaluate and recommend reserves for each assigned file.
• Collaborate with clients, underwriting, and service teams to maintain productive relationships.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of construction defect claims management experience preferred.
• 10+ years of litigation management experience preferred.
• Must hold an individual adjusting license for a designated home State and be willing to secure additional licenses.
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
