What you will do

• Underwrite, price, and negotiate accounts for Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) products according to company strategy.
• Develop and deepen broker relationships across the West Coast region to drive production growth.
• Collaborate with the national MPL team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain high customer service standards and consistently exceed quote output targets.
• Travel up to 25% across the West Coast, Mid-West, and Mountain States for industry events and broker visits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional E&O coverage.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Chicago office 2 days per week.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the assigned US regions.
• B.A./B.S. degree is preferred.
