Salary: $89,800 - $125,500 annually + bonus

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Claims Adjusters and Specialists.
• Oversee daily operations for complex Auto, Property, Bodily Injury, Casualty, and Catastrophe claims.
• Review and provide technical guidance on highly complex litigation and catastrophe losses.
• Monitor claim quality and operational performance to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement efficiency and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to resolve complex claim matters.

Requirements

• Progressively responsible experience handling complex claims through investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Proven leadership experience managing or supervising claims professionals.
• Deep knowledge of coverage analysis, reserving practices, and litigation management.
• Strong understanding of US state and federal insurance regulations.
• Ability to maintain effectiveness in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of total claims experience in Auto and/or Property insurance.
• 3–4 years of specific claims leadership or management experience.
• Multi-line claims experience.
