TL;DR

Director, Business Development (AI): Leading strategic partnerships within the Data & AI ecosystem to build joint offerings and GTM motions with top-tier infrastructure and cloud providers. Focus on driving co-sell revenue, designing scalable partner programs, and managing high-level relationships with providers like NVIDIA, AWS, and Azure.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA / San Francisco, CA). Remote may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, etc.) due to export control regulations.

Salary: $182,000 – $242,000 base

What you will do

  • Lead strategic partnerships with infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners, defining joint strategy and GTM product integrations.
  • Develop innovative integrations and distribution models to drive revenue and expand market reach.
  • Drive co-sell motions for large opportunities, partnering closely with field and partner organizations.
  • Design and execute quarterly business plans with specific goals, KPIs, and joint activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to implement regional partner marketing programs that support pipeline goals.
  • Act as a global ambassador for hirify.global, articulating differentiation within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with cloud and ISV partners.
  • Deep fluency in AI/ML, cloud, and data stacks and their modern applications.
  • Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA and at least one major provider (Azure, AWS, Meta, or GCP).
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
