Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Healthcare): Build and manage end-to-end strategic partnerships for an app-based healthcare staffing marketplace with an accent on partnership lifecycle ownership, commercial structuring, and measurable growth outcomes. Focus on sourcing and negotiating high-impact partner models across the healthcare ecosystem while translating market feedback into strategy and go-to-market execution.

Location: U.S. (Remote)

Salary: $115K–$145K base + OTE variable ($40,000–$70,000)

What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across the healthcare operator ecosystem (e.g., healthcare REITs, healthcare-focused law firms, technology vendors, consultants, advisory firms, and industry associations).
  • Own the partnership lifecycle end to end: sourcing and prioritizing partners, building business cases, leading outreach and discovery, negotiating structures, coordinating internal stakeholders, launching partnerships, and tracking performance.
  • Create partnership models that drive mutual value (referrals, co-marketing, strategic introductions, integrations, and channel partnerships).
  • Represent the partnership function at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to develop new relationships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Product, and Leadership to ensure partnerships are commercially valuable and operationally feasible.
  • Bring market feedback back into the business to shape strategy, positioning, product opportunities, and customer acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • U.S. remote role (must be based in the United States).
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, growth, or related fields, including healthcare/healthcare technology/staffing/real estate/consulting.
  • Existing relationships in healthcare services, real estate, technology, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience sourcing, structuring, and managing commercial relationships.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build a partnership function/playbook from the ground up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong business judgment with senior stakeholder management.
