What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue targets in assigned Texas territory through strategic planning and execution.
  • Drive lead generation via direct mail, email marketing, networking events, trade shows, seminars, and cold calling.
  • Manage full sales process using Salesforce.com for opportunity building, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate products to prospects through in-person meetings or virtual demos highlighting value.
  • Coordinate with Account Management and Implementation teams for seamless pre/post-sales processes.
  • Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts and strategic insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in SaaS sales, preferably Human Capital Management or Health/Wellness
  • Experience selling enterprise products/services with value-based methodologies
  • Strong familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoToMeeting)
  • Excellent written and communication skills for customer needs and business value mapping
  • Proficiency in managing complex selling engagements strategically
