What you will do
- Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue targets in assigned Texas territory through strategic planning and execution.
- Drive lead generation via direct mail, email marketing, networking events, trade shows, seminars, and cold calling.
- Manage full sales process using Salesforce.com for opportunity building, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrate products to prospects through in-person meetings or virtual demos highlighting value.
- Coordinate with Account Management and Implementation teams for seamless pre/post-sales processes.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts and strategic insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in SaaS sales, preferably Human Capital Management or Health/Wellness
- Experience selling enterprise products/services with value-based methodologies
- Strong familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoToMeeting)
- Excellent written and communication skills for customer needs and business value mapping
- Proficiency in managing complex selling engagements strategically
