TL;DR

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) objectives in the assigned Texas territory.
  • Execute creative lead generation initiatives through direct mail, email marketing, networking, and trade shows.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, opportunity pipeline, and forecasting using Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase value and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and strategic insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health/Wellness categories.
  • Proven experience selling enterprise products using value-based selling methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GoToMeeting.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX to conduct in-person prospect meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills for understanding customer needs and mapping business value.
