Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do
- Meet and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) objectives in the assigned Texas territory.
- Execute creative lead generation initiatives through direct mail, email marketing, networking, and trade shows.
- Manage the full sales cycle, opportunity pipeline, and forecasting using Salesforce.com.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase value and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and strategic insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health/Wellness categories.
- Proven experience selling enterprise products using value-based selling methodologies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GoToMeeting.
- Must be based in Austin, TX to conduct in-person prospect meetings.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding customer needs and mapping business value.
