What you will do

• Gather, prepare, and reconcile organizational data to support management decision-making.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reports and track key performance metrics and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and business plans for new developments.
• Document current operations and provide recommendations for new procedural methods.
• Conduct market research, demand/supply analyses, and demographic studies for senior leadership.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and track research grants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive business and decision support experience.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY.
