Project Manager (Environmental Engineering)

TL;DR

Project Manager (Environmental Engineering): Managing environmental remediation and engineering projects for government clients with an accent on HTRW projects, cost estimation, and regulatory compliance. Location: Hybrid in New Mexico, USA. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to obtain security clearance.

What you will do

• Manage projects in accordance with contract and scope of work.
• Prepare cost estimates, internal budgets, and track job costs.
• Ensure compliance with project planning documents including work plans, PMP, QCP, and UFP-QAPP.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and CFO to facilitate project status reporting and procurement.
• Supervise subcontractors, including drillers, geophysical surveyors, and laboratories.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• 10+ years related experience working for DoD (USACE, AFCEC, NAVFAC) and other federal clients.
• Professional registration/certification required (PE, PMP, PG, etc.).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain security clearance.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER with current 8-hour refresher and Supervisor training.
• 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety and USACE Construction Quality Management.
