What you will do

• Coordinate project due diligence including surveys, utility investigations, and constructability assessments.
• Manage technical consultants, including architects, engineers, and specialty fabricators throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review drawing packages and engineering deliverables for completeness and design intent compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages, scopes of work, and procurement documentation.
• Oversee permitting activities, jurisdictional approvals, and utility company requirements.
• Support project turnover to the deployment team by ensuring all technical documentation and permits are finalized.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, design-build, or owner's representation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology, permitting processes, and utility coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialty structures, signage, electrical infrastructure, or façade systems.
• Background in commercial construction or design-build environments.
