What you will do

• Plan and coordinate large-scale projects, determining timeframes, funding limitations, and resource allocation.
• Direct and supervise Field Engineers and Technicians to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present project reports for management and clients, including documentation for change order requests.
• Coordinate project activities with clients and other external contractors.
• Develop large-scale project management processes and routines for company-wide implementation.
• Mentor junior personnel and teach project management best practices.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC), OSHA, and NFPA standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
• Availability for out-of-town travel up to 50%.
• Valid Driver’s License.
