What you will do

• Manage all aspects of assigned high-voltage projects, including overall cost, schedule, and scope of work.
• Supervise a project team consisting of Project Managers, Assistants, and Coordinators.
• Lead business development activities, including customer presentations and recruitment of new business.
• Coordinate project staffing and ensure a high level of quality for all project deliverables.
• Participate in proposal activities, including pre and post-bid meetings and job walks.
• Maintain high-level customer contact to ensure satisfaction and resolve conflicts or disputes.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of high-voltage related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an applicable field of study.
• Knowledge of general civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in the field and travel as needed.
• Successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the use of a company vehicle.
