Compensation: $145,945 – $163,115

What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape growth strategy and evaluate deal trade-offs.
- Develop strategic forecasting for complex deals and growth initiatives.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Build and own scenario-based topline forecasts.
- Balance short-term operational efficiency with long-term strategic impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, or FP&A.
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function.
- Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback analysis).
- Background in a high-growth or scaling company.
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting.
