What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape growth strategy and evaluate deal trade-offs.
  • Develop strategic forecasting for complex deals and growth initiatives.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Build and own scenario-based topline forecasts.
  • Balance short-term operational efficiency with long-term strategic impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, or FP&A.
  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function.
  • Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
  • Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback analysis).
  • Background in a high-growth or scaling company.
  • Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting.
