TL;DR

Location: Remote, USA (Note: Occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices required for onboarding and team events)
Salary: $160,000 – $178,000 per year

What you will do
- Build and maintain financial and profitability models to evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions.
- Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to modernize and accelerate modelling and reporting workflows.
- Execute quantitative modelling for pricing changes and track monetization KPIs across various segments and geographies.
- Deliver profitability and commercial performance reporting to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and GTM leadership.
- Act as the primary analytical partner for Pricing and Sales Enablement on profitability decisions and recommendations.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills focused on revenue and profitability.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (LLMs, predictive modelling) to modernize reporting and modelling.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with pricing or monetization strategies.
- Proficiency with BI tools, specifically Power BI, and executive-grade data visualization.
- Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
