• Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models for scenario planning and long-range strategy.
• Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process for headcount expenses.
• Design and evolve job architecture, compensation programs, and equity incentive plans.
• Manage bi-annual compensation planning cycles.
• Oversee the administration of healthcare benefits, 401k plans, and employee perks.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and improve financial processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
