Base pay: $128,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain complex financial models and reports in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles
• Conduct ROI analyses to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities
• Present analysis to senior and cross-functional audiences with compelling strategic narratives
• Take leadership in team meetings, coach juniors, and drive process improvements
• Build finance as a strategic partner and contribute to internal AI strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, mathematics, analytics, economics, or related quantitative field
• 5–8 years in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or business analytics
• Experience in fast-paced tech or marketplace environment
• Excellent financial modeling skills with hands-on data approach
• Strong communication to bridge technical and business audiences
• Self-starter with ownership, integrity, and curiosity
