What you will do
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments and coordinate care with internal teams.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, billing, and insurance-related questions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records within CRM systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve the overall patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours.
- Experience using CRM systems and communication platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.

- Experience in healthcare, medical reception, or patient support.
- Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare compliance standards.
