Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 base + commission (OTE $70,000 - $100,000)

What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate patients on health services.
- Achieve enrollment goals and key performance indicators.
- Address patient inquiries, provide guidance, and schedule follow-up care.
- Document all outreach activities accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to support patient care needs.
- Manage inbound calls from potential patients.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong empathetic communication and rapport-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in metrics-driven roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
