Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CT, with occasional overtime.

Salary: $21.63-$26.44 per hour, with an estimated annualized base of $45,000-$55,000 depending on hours worked. Eligible for a variable monthly performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to educate patients about hirify.global services and clinical and social resources.
• Enroll patients and work toward company enrollment goals and KPIs.
• Answer patient questions, address concerns, and explain available support.
• Document outreach interactions accurately and maintain timely records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments, arrange follow-up care, and manage inbound calls from potential patients.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CT, with occasional overtime.
• Strong empathetic verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and families by phone.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Motivation to work with goals, metrics, and a monthly performance bonus program.
