Salary: $40,000–$50,000 base salary, with on-target earnings of $70,000–$100,000 including bonuses.

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate patients on care services and resources.
• Manage inbound calls from potential patients and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Achieve member enrollment goals and meet company KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient outreach and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate patient needs.
• Schedule appointments and facilitate follow-up care for families.
