Outbound Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CT, with occasional overtime.

Salary: $19.23-$24.04 per hour, with an estimated annualized base of $40,000-$50,000. Eligible for a monthly performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to patients and provide information about healthcare services and available resources.
• Enroll patients and work toward company enrollment goals and KPIs.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients on how hirify.global can support their needs.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain timely outreach records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate appropriate care.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up care, while also managing inbound calls from potential patients.

Requirements

• Strong verbal, empathetic communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and families by phone.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CT.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to work with goals, metrics, and a monthly bonus program.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely within the United States.
