What you will do
- Manage incoming and outbound calls regarding patient queries and account billing.
- Coordinate information between patients, families, insurance entities, and medical staff.
- Collect outstanding patient balances according to departmental standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protect sensitive health information.
- Maintain accurate records and support departmental goals through reliable performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in email and basic mathematical calculations.
- Flexibility with work schedule.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- College degree or coursework in a medical-related field.
- At least 1 year of call center experience with medical accounts.
