What you will do

  • Manage incoming and outbound calls regarding patient queries and account billing.
  • Coordinate information between patients, families, insurance entities, and medical staff.
  • Collect outstanding patient balances according to departmental standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protect sensitive health information.
  • Maintain accurate records and support departmental goals through reliable performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in email and basic mathematical calculations.
  • Flexibility with work schedule.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • College degree or coursework in a medical-related field.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience with medical accounts.
