What you will do

• Lead operational execution of global workflows, specifically anchoring the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategy.
• Act as a bridge between creative game studios and corporate teams (Legal, Privacy, Procurement, Engineering) to review commercial terms and manage vendor proposals.
• Maintain tracking ecosystems for software clearances, active contracts, and usage records to mitigate risk.
• Optimize operational pipelines and leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to streamline workflows.
• Provide project management support for studio operations, including software migrations and M&A integration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bay Area, CA or Toronto, Canada
• 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or business operations.
• Experience within software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to synthesize complex legal or technical requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
