What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact, translating business objectives into clear creative direction and channel strategies.
• Lead brief intake and write comprehensive creative briefs including success metrics and deliverable specifications.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI-enabled workflows from the account side to optimize production efficiency.
• Coordinate across creative, motion, design, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery from brief to final output.
• Manage project scope and guide the feedback and approval process to maintain version control and quality.
• Build and refine production tools, templates, and checklists to improve studio scalability.

Requirements

• Proven account management experience in an agency or content production environment supporting high-volume delivery.
• Strong briefing skills with the ability to translate complex business goals into actionable creative tasks.
• Proficiency with GenAI tools and experience contributing to AI-assisted production workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for brand safety, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Workfront or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
