Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based in San Francisco, United States

What you will do

• Own regional pipeline targets across AI and non-AI offers.
• Build and execute marketing plans by country, segment, and channel.
• Improve lead quality, opportunity conversion, and pipeline efficiency.
• Diagnose funnel gaps across messaging, targeting, qualification, routing, landing pages, offers, follow-up, and channel mix.
• Develop localized growth programs through paid campaigns, events, partnerships, affiliates, field marketing, and testing.
• Create recovery plans for underperforming markets and manage regional freelancers or agencies when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in B2D regional marketing, demand generation, growth, or field marketing, ideally across the Americas.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, funnel conversion, lead quality, and sales-marketing alignment.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing plans covering paid campaigns, events, partnerships, affiliates, field marketing, and localized campaigns.
• Ability to analyze performance by country, channel, offer, segment, and competitor and turn insights into action.
• Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Comfort working with revenue targets, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or contractors.
• Familiarity with AI, data, SaaS, or technology markets.
