What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
• Perform detailed product demonstrations of the hirify.global platform for clients and prospects.
• Utilize a sales tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Gong.
• Analyze client challenges related to budget, timing, and bandwidth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 20% for client onsite visits and conferences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a consultative SaaS sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
