What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary propulsion production efforts across design, build, test, and integration.
- Own the transition from development to rate production, establishing schedules and manufacturing readiness.
- Coordinate hardware, software, and firmware integration to deliver complete, functioning propulsion subsystems.
- Manage complex critical-path supply chains and subcontractors for propulsion components.
- Track and report program metrics on schedule, cost, and risk, proactively identifying solutions to technical issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers while supporting business development.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
- B.S. in an engineering discipline (M.S. preferred) with a genuine technical background.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in engineering or technical program management.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex hardware programs through production.
- Ability to manage integrated master schedules and budgets.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Nice to have
- Propulsion development, qualification, or production experience.
- Systems engineering and inter-discipline technical trade study experience.
