Salary: $175,000 - $208,000

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary propulsion production efforts across design, build, test, and integration.
• Own the transition from development to rate production, establishing schedules and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate hardware, software, and firmware integration to deliver complete, functioning propulsion subsystems.
• Manage complex critical-path supply chains and subcontractors for propulsion components.
• Track and report program metrics on schedule, cost, and risk, proactively identifying solutions to technical issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers while supporting business development.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
• B.S. in an engineering discipline (M.S. preferred) with a genuine technical background.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in engineering or technical program management.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex hardware programs through production.
• Ability to manage integrated master schedules and budgets.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Nice to have

• Propulsion development, qualification, or production experience.
• Systems engineering and inter-discipline technical trade study experience.
