What you will do

• Manage large-scale production programs exceeding $100 million in revenue.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve issues and meet objectives.
• Lead proposal teams and support business capture campaigns to expand the book of business.
• Implement process improvements and standard work within the program management function.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in program management.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Strong leadership and influence skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in the aerospace or engineering industry.
