What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program deliverables, performance tracking, and customer statement of work completion.
  • Manage contractual requirements, financial baselining, spend planning, and risk management across the Blue Ring portfolio.
  • Lead financial performance oversight for program-level and subsystem-level accounts.
  • Implement business rhythms including staff meetings, operating reviews, and annual planning cycles.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Technology teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Represent the business unit on proposal efforts, ensuring scope, cost, and resource allocation are accurately certified.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to export control regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management or planning within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of DFARs-based contracts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using MS Project for labor-loaded integrated schedules.
  • Experience working on aerospace development programs or space systems.
