What you will do

• Oversee all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, picking/packing, shipping, inventory control, and quality control.
• Manage and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to work procedures and safety protocols.
• Create and maintain daily work schedules, managing overtime and attendance data.
• Lead the onboarding and training process for new hires.
• Implement innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resources.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Warehousing & Logistics.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams of 20+ people.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lenexa, KS.
• Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma required; secondary degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
