Key Account Team Lead (Retail): Leading and developing a high-performing sales team across DACH and the Netherlands to drive the commercial performance of strategic retail partners with an accent on premium brand positioning and sustainable growth. Location: Must be based in Germany. Hybrid model: minimum 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers across the DACH region and the Netherlands.
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Manage strategic accounts and build strong relationships with premium department stores and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand brand presence in the region.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and customer experience to maintain premium brand standards.
  • Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior wholesale sales or key account management, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating commercial teams.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel extensively across DACH and the Netherlands, including overnight stays.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial KPIs.
