What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 5 Key Account Managers, driving revenue growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor the team to excel in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks to achieve net revenue retention targets.
  • Provide data-driven weekly reporting on pipeline health and deal progression to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Pre-Sales to align go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in SaaS sales (enterprise or mid-market) with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or formal management role.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin; willingness to travel approximately 25%.
