Salary: $94,000–$112,625 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead and support acquisition and divestiture activities for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
• Perform development, commercial, technical, financial, and legal due diligence, including data validation and risk assessment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external consultants, Q&A processes, negotiations, and transaction execution.
• Prepare valuation analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management, investment committees, and stakeholders.
• Manage acquisition documentation, timelines, post-closing activities, and integration of acquired projects into the portfolio.
• Conduct market research and maintain internal tools for tracking active, inactive, and closed M&A transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline or renewable energy subject area.
• 2–3 years of relevant renewable energy M&A or development experience involving wind, solar, or battery energy storage systems.
• Understanding of value drivers and risks in clean energy transactions; familiarity with US regional electricity markets is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from one of the listed US locations or another state where hirify.global has an office.
